Event Description

Somatic Breathwork is a powerful, embodied experience that awakens the body’s natural capacity to heal and transform. By using the breath as a catalyst, we engage directly with the nervous system and emotional body, allowing us to release stagnant energy stored from unresolved experiences.

What to expect from this session:

1. Set intentions: Ease into the space and connect with your purpose for the experience.

2.  Experience deep, active breathwork: A guided journey to release tension, move energy, and invite healing.

3.  Close with integration: Reflect, rest, and reconnect with your body and breath.

Participants will remain lying down with eyes closed throughout. Come dressed comfortably, ready to drop in and go deep.

Through this dynamic practice, participants may express a full range of emotions: yelling, crying, laughing, shaking, or deep stillness. These expressions are not just cathartic—they are essential to restoring clarity, presence, and emotional harmony.

This journey is an invitation to reclaim your energetic sovereignty—to come home to yourself and reestablish a meaningful, intimate connection with life.
